Paolita Pop-Up Beach Party

In February I covered the lively season launch of new swim and beachwear label PAOLITA by Anna Paola. Click here for a refresher. 

Now to celebrate the label's first birthday PAOLITA is throwing a 

Pop-up Shop Beach Party 

all day on Thursday May 19 at a boutique near Marble Arch (see below).

 If you've not heard of Paolita yet, you soon will. The label is on the verge of summer season editorial KA-BooM. I've just been thinking about how to describe Paolita and came up with haute chic.

Anna Paola's resumé includes working at Alexander McQueen's McQ label and designing one-to-one with Hussein Chalayan. Her first swim & beach collection certainly bears the imprints of those years. But mostly I just love the impact of how well cute goes with cut. Por ejemplo:
