Want to join the peloton, but not sure how to pump your tire?
Learn basic bike maintenance this Thursday night (August 12, 7-9pm) as Richmond Cycling Campaign hosts a workshop in Mortlake.
Bring along your bike and use tools provided to learn how to keep your beloved bike in smooth working order.
Small parts like cables and brake blocks will be for sale and people can even bring their own parts to learn how to fit them.
Cycling enthusiasts with mechanical aptitude are also welcome to share their knowledge and help others learn.
The workshop takes place at The Old Bakery, Mortlake Training Centre, 69-71 Lower Richmond Rd, Mortlake SW14 7HJ.
Entrance to The Old Bakery workshop is at the back of the building. Turn into Hanson Close and take the first right.
Wish I could go---just did at triathlon in Atlanta and need a little help with all things bike!
